PRINCETON — William Mitchell came to his home in the 1800 block of John Brown Road west of Princeton and found a man in his home, gathering up electronic items and power tools Tuesday night. Mitchell objected. The man ran from the house and jumped into a vehicle with another man. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said deputies took off in pursuit and pulled over a pair of men in Williamsburg. Dustin Smith, 23, Ottawa; was arrested on suspicion of theft, suspicion of burglary, suspicion of criminal damage and operating a vehicle without a valid license. Levi Oakes, 22, Ottawa; was in the vehicle. He is being held on a warrant for failure to appear.
