One man is dead after a three-car accident North of Princeton Saturday night on Highway 59. Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Curry says a call came in shortly after 8:00 of an erratic driver. Deputies were responding to the area when, shortly after the initial call, a call came in that three vehicles had been involved in a wreck. 8 other people were transported to Ransom Memorial Hospital, and 1 of those 8 was flown by air ambulance to Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Their condition is not known at this time. Alcohol is not suspected to be a contributing factor in the wreck. The Kansas Highway Patrol and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department continue their investigation. Highway 59 is closed and is expected to remain closed until early Sunday morning.
