TOPEKA — It’s off to the races for two Osage County women. Bridget Leuszler, Lyndon; and Michelle Mullinix, Burlingame; were among 40 winners of a racing fan’s dream weekend at the Kansas Speedway in October. They won race tickets to the Kansas Lottery 300 and Kansas 400, hotel rooms, food and even the taxes were paid up.
