OTTAWA — The city of Ottawa is working on a deal to sell land in the Davis Road Industrial Park to Mac Fasteners. That deal would allow the aerospace contractor to expand and increase its employment by 40, said city manager Richard Nienstedt. He said he’s working hard to complete the deal and boost the expansion because more manufacturing jobs generate more retail business and economic activity. Mac Fasteners makes fasteners and coatings for the aerospace industry and other manufacturers.
