OTTAWA — Ottawa police received reports of several residential thefts Tuesday. Someone stole items from a front porch in the 100 block of South Elm Street Tuesday morning. Someone walked into two apartments in the 100 block of West Third Street and took several items Tuesday afternoon. Police also said that someone broke into a house in the 700 block of South Pine and stole a laptop computer Tuesday night.
