OTTAWA– A man is in stable condition after an accident had the interstate shut down for nearly an hour. It occurred on I-35, between 15th Street and the K-68 Exit. Patrick Sullivan, 47, of Havelock, North Carolina, was driving a semi, rearended another semi. The driver and passenger of the other semi was not injured. However, Sullivan was sent to Overland Park Medical Regional Center, and now in stable condition. A picture of Sullivan’s semi can be found at kofo.com.
