OSAWATOMIE–In order for street improvements to be made, Osawatomie City Council members must increase the city’s mill levy to fund the projects. The Council members met August 27th, to review a map of proposed street improvements. City Manager Bret Glendening said that all future street projects on the map may not happen without the increase. He also said that borrowing money from other projects would seem unlikely.
