Ottawa–More than 500 million people use Facebook to post news and information, so will the Ottawa Police Department. The OPD will post information on safety tips, media releases, enforcement campaigns, photos and videos of the police department’s activities on the City of Ottawa Kansas Facebook page. Lieutenant Adam Weingarter will provide regular updates and welcomes feedback from the community.
