OTTAWA–A theft of construction equipment has been reported stolen last night. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is reporting a 14-foot black trailer, a bobcat skid loader and a cutting torch cart were stolen from 1074 Colorado Road. No suspect information available. Estimated total loss of $16,000.
