OTTAWA–A Baldwin City man has been charged for raping a 15-year-old Wednesday. Brandon Willem, 28, has been charged of rape and aggrivated indecent liberties with a child. On the evening of August 15, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department received a phone call referring to a 15-year-old being sexually assualted. A police investigation led to Willem’s arrest on Wednesday. Willem’s bond of $50,000 was posted and he was released that morning.
