OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department received two reports of thefts Saturday. Someone crawled through a window at a home in the 3900 block of U.S. 59 north of Ottawa. The burglar stole several pairs of jeans and shirts, and cigarettes, the department said. The loss was estimated at $550. Someone got into vehicles parked in the 200 block of South Cedar in Rantoul and stole a Boss brand CD player from a car, a Goss amplifier and an ignition key from a truck and an ignition key and two lottery tickets from another car. The loss was estimated at $264.
