OTTAWA — The Franklin County Health Department will offer another drive-by flu clinic at Ransom Memorial Hospital Saturday morning from 8 to 11. Health director Midge Ransom says there’s a special price of $25 for the clinic and she says it’s a good investment. Influenza remains a serious health threat and vaccination protects you and others. If you want to avoid the hassle of doing it Saturday, you can pay in advance, she said. You can pay on-line or make arrangements to have Medicare or Medicaid pay for it if you qualify.
