OTTAWA — The Franklin County Republican Party has opened its election headquarters at 111 S. Main in Ottawa. Campaign materials, signs and brochures will be available at the headquarters. County GOP chair Mark Cation said the headquarters’ hours of operation will be decided at the next central committee meeting. That meeting will be Monday night at 7 at the new headquarters. All Republicans are invited.
