RICHMOND — Ronald and Elaine Dunbar of Richmond have been selected as the winners in America’s Farmers Grow Communities program. The Dunbars won $2,500 for the Richmond Community Museum. Monsanto officials will present the check to the Dunbars and the museum tonight at 7 at the museum.
