OTTAWA — Kansas State Bank said long-time president and CEO Jeff Mourning is no longer with the bank. Mourning spent 23 years with the bank. In a written statement, the bank says Mourning isn’t retiring, and might serve as a consultant to the bank. The bank says he was instrumental to the bank’s successful growth over the years. The bank says it will name his successor in the near future.
