OTTAWA–Remember our Prisoners of War, and bring home those still missing. That was the message of a ceremony held at the Franklin County Veterans Memorial in Ottawa. The dedication was part of National POW/MIA Recognition Day. John Musgrave was the special speaker…he said going back to World War Two, many thousands of POW’s have been forgotten by the U.S. Government, and he urged those gathered to keep up the pressure on elected officials to bring home the soldiers that never came home.
