RICHMOND — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Jeff Roelker of Richmond reported that he ordered a couple of teenagers off his property in the 300 block of North Front Street late Friday night. The two teens started banging on the windows of his house instead and he called the sheriff. Later, when deputies located the pair, officers said they tried to run from them. Deputies said one was captured and the other escaped. Blake Geiler, 17, Princeton; was cited for obstruction of justice. The sheriff’s office said deputies were looking for Dustin Johnson, 16, Richmond.
