OTTAWA — Killough Construction will mill Princeton Street starting at 23rd Street and work north beginning this morning. Killough will also start redoing the Skunk Run bridge this morning. Expect delays and detours. The work is being done as part of a deal between the state and the city before the former U.S. 59 is turned over to the city.
