OTTAWA — The Ottawa Recreation Commission will hold a groundbreaking ceremony tonight at 5 at 15th and Ash. A special meeting of ORC will follow the ceremony inside Eisenhower School cafeteria. They’ll meet with the architects regarding the new building.
