OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission has agreed to an option that would allow McFasteners to buy more land for an expansion at the Davis Road Industrial Park. City attorney Bob Bezek helped negotiate the deal and said it was easy to come up with it because McFasteners, an aviation supplier, was the first company to locate in the park. The option is for three years, he said. City officials say if the company buys the land and expands, it could add 40 jobs.
