OLATHE — Shelly Staum, 44, Gardner; was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center Tuesday morning as a result of a one-vehicle accident on I-35 in Olathe. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Staum was driving north on I-35 just north of 151st Street when she lost control of her vehicle and hit the inside barrier wall. Troopers said she wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
