OTTAWA — The new Ottawa Airport project is nearly complete. Airplanes are already parked in the new hangar and crews are putting the finishing touches on the terminal building, said city manager Richard Nienstedt. The city is scheduled to take possession at the end of next week, he said. The old terminal and hangar were severely damaged by a powerful windstorm that destroyed airplanes and other hangars at the airport last summer.
