OTTAWA — A 15-year-old Pomona girl told Ottawa police she felt threatened by a stranger Wednesday evening in the 1500 block of South Elm. Police Lt. Adam Weingartner said the man approached the girl and asked for a ride. Weingartner said the girl didn’t know man. He was wearing a sheathed knife on his belt, he said. Weingartner said the man didn’t grab the knife.
