OTTAWA — This weekend’s Community Perspective will be the second part of the recent Kansas State Fair debate between gubernatorial candidates — Republican U.S. Sen. Sam Brownback and Democratic state Sen. Tom Holland. The debate featured questions from Kansas reporters. The second part of the debate focused on public education, the state budget and immigration.
