OTTAWA – And then there was one. County administrator Lisa Johnson told county commissioners this morning that only two properties are left on the list for a county tax sale. Johnson said that she expects one to be pulled off the list because the owner wants to pay the back taxes. The remaining rural property will be sold at the courthouse on Oct. 7.
