OTTAWA — The 22-year-old man who the driver in an accident that killed Thomas Yohe, 30, Ottawa; has been jailed. Danon Genzer, Ottawa, was arrested Friday on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence. Genzer was driving a car northbound on I-35 early Sept. 17 near the K-68 junction when he lost control. The car left the east side of the roadway and struck the underside of the Neosho Road bridge. Yohe was pronounced dead at the scene. Genzer was hospitalized.
