OSAWATOMIE — Osawatomie school enrollment is down by 11 students. However, Supt. Gary French told the Osawatomie Journal that the decline won’t affect state financial aid this year. When French calculates state aid for the budget, the district can use the enrollment figures from last year. However, he said the lower enrollment may have an affect next year. The biggest drop in enrollment is at Trojan Elementary School.
