OTTAWA — The Ottawa city commissioners continued looking at the city’s policy Monday for property tax breaks for economic development. At the request of city commissioners, a committee of city and other business and government officials began looking at the abatement policy earlier this year, said city manager Richard Nienstedt. Commissioners will continue their discussion into next week.
