RICHMOND — Reuben Esh has sold his steel-building construction company at Richmond to one of his employees. The company’s general manager, Rob Pearce, has bought the company. Pearce said he’ll change the name from Esh Quality Structures to Quality Structures. Otherwise, Pearce says he not planning other major changes in the company’s operations and products. Esh Quality Structures is a building contractor that has been in business since 2003 serving Kansas and western Missouri. The company specializes in agricultural outbuildings and some hybrid residential and commercial buildings. Esh said he plans to pursue ministerial work in his church at Richmond.
