LaCYGNE — A 62-year-old Mound City man was injured Wednesday afternoon when his pickup broad-sided a semi-truck seven miles northeast of LaCygne. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Troy Ryan, 38, Clinton, Mo., was driving a semi east on 2400 Road. Terry Mills was driving his pickup north on a private road when he entered the intersection and hit Ryan’s truck, troopers said. Mills was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Ryan wasn’t injured.
