LAWRENCE–A Congressional debate will be held in Lawrence. Candidates Stephene Moore, a Lenexa Democrat, Kevin Yoder, an Overland Park Republican, and Jasmin Talbert, an Overland Park Libertarian, are scheduled to participate. The candidates are seeking to replace U.S. Representative Dennis Moore, who is retiring from Congress. The Debate will be held at 7 p.m. October 13th at the Lawrence Arts Center.
