OTTAWA — Franklin County Crime Stoppers’ annual meeting will include a program on preventing ID theft and scams. Franklin County detective Allan Campbell said a member of the Kansas Attorney General will give the program. The program and annual meeting will be 7 p.m. on Oct. 13 at the Franklin County Annex. The program is free and open to the public. There will be refreshments and door prizes.
