FORT SCOTT — A seminar on how to snag government contracts will be Thursday afternoon at Fort Scott Community College. The seminar will discuss how small businesses can find and win opportunities for local, state, and federal government contracts. The seminar will be taught by the staff of the Heartland Procurement Technical Assistance Center at Missouri Southern State University. The cost is $25 per person or $40 for two.
