POMONA — Betty Scott-Neufeld, Pomona, recently returned from the Kansas Silver-Haired Legislature, Topeka. She is the Franklin County Silver-Haired Legislator. The Silver-Haired Legislature passed several resolutions which will be sent to legislators. Those include a grandparent custody bill, limits on sales tax exemptions and term limits on legislators.
