WICHITA — The man regarded as the architect of the Americans with Disabilities Act will speak Thursday at a conference in Wichita about the 20th anniversary of ADA. Robert “Bobby” Silverstein is a national expert on disability rights and has won several awards in connection with helping write the ADA. He’ll speak on employment for people with disabilities and setting state policy on disability services during the Kansas Health Policy Authority and Interhab conference Thursday at the Wichita Hyatt Regency.
