OTTAWA–Today marks the first day you can do advance voting. Franklin County Clerk Shari Perry says over 300 Advance Ballots have been mailed. In addition to normal courthouse hours of 8 to 4:30 Monday through Friday, the Clerk’s office will be open Saturday Oct. 23 and 30 from 9 to 1.
