OTTAWA – Unfortunately, 21-year-old Kevin Henry doesn’t like the accommodations at the Franklin County jail but he’ll probably get a little more time to gain an appreciation of his quarters. He’s facing a charge of battery after a member of the jail staff was hit Saturday, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said.
