OTTAWA – A 19-year-old Ottawa man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of aggravated indecent liberties and suspicion of contributing to the misconduct of a 14-year-old Ottawa girl. Christopher Hazzard was arrested one day after Ottawa police said they received a report that the girl was a runaway.
