OTTAWA — A sporting goods store will return to downtown Ottawa. The owners of the Front Row Sports of Garnett are going to open a new store in Ottawa at 226 S. Main St. The new Ottawa store will open approximately Saturday, Nov. 6, said co-owner Sandy Sample who has been helping her husband Roger and others remodel their new building downtown. The downtown Ottawa location allows for more foot traffic and is larger than the Garnett store, she said. That will allow them to try out new lines of merchandise, she said. They’ll keep the Garnett store open.
