OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission will take a road trip tonight. Make that a flight night. The commissioners will have their study session in the conference room of the new terminal at the Ottawa Municipal Airport this afternoon at 4. Afterwards, commissioners will take part in a ribbon-cutting and open house in the new terminal at 5:15. Refreshments will be provided to the public. The city replaced the old terminal and main hangar after they were severely damaged by last summer’s wind storm.
