GARNETT — The boys and ghouls of the Friends of the Prairie Spirit Trail announce the grand opening of the Ghostly Retreat Inn at the Santa Fe Depot in Garnett. Several special chilling rooms have been prepared for Sunday’s Halloween event. The Santa Fe creepo depot has been the scene of 14 Halloween frights. Trick-or-treaters can drop in at the Ghostly Retreat Inn Sunday night from 5:30 to 8. Besides treats, there will be hotdogs.
