OTTAWA — At their meeting Monday night, members of the Ottawa school board discussed some changes in the policy for public comments. Among some of the changes, public comment sessions at both the regular meeting and study session each month, five-minute time periods and setting aside more time for public comments each meeting, Supt. Dean Katt said. The board will continue discussing the changes at future meetings, he said.
