OTTAWA — Ottawa police said they arrested a 40-year-old Ottawa man late Sunday night in connection with an attempted burglary of a parked vehicle. A 26-year-old Ottawa man told police that he saw Charles Brannan Jr, enter his vehicle parked in the 300 block of South Oak and try to steal items. Brannan was booked into the jail for suspicion of burglary of a motor vehicle.
