OVERBROOK — Kansas National Guard Brig. Gen. Deborah Rose will be the guest speaker at a veterans recognition breakfast at the Anderson-Raible Legion Post #239, Overbrook; Thursday morning at 6:30. She is director of the Joint Staff, Kansas Joint Forces Headquarters. She lives in Overbrook. Her speech is one of several Veterans Day events involving Kansas Guard members, including last weekend’s events in Ottawa.
