OTTAWA — A 30-year-old Indianapolis man is in the Franklin County jail today on suspicion of vehicle burglary. Johnathon Andrew Whittaker was booked into the jail by Franklin County deputies in connection with three vehicle burglaries, two felony thefts, a misdemeanor theft and criminal damage to property. He is also wanted by another police agency. Details about his case weren’t immediately available.
