OTTAWA — Ottawa University Theatre will debut tonight a wicked political satire disguised as a happy musical. “Urinetown: The Musical” will be 7:30 tonight, Friday night and Saturday night in the Larry D. Peters Auditorium. On the surface, the play is about a town in which paid toilets run amuck, but the play is a subversive look at wealth and privilege, said cast member Lauren Frazier. Tickets for the public are $12, $10 for senior citizens, and $6 for high school students or children.
