OTTAWA — Ottawa’s designation as a Playful City could mean some serious cash. The city’s management intern Casey Sharp tracked down an accessibility recreation grant that the city could be eligible for, said city manager Richard Nienstedt said. If the city receives the grant, it will be used to replace a wooden play structure at Forest Park, he said.
