LYNDON — The closure of U.S. 75 north of Lyndon has been changed again. The Kansas Department of Transportation says that weather permitting, the highway will be closed early Thursday morning. A contractor will put a new pedestrian bridge over U.S.-75 a quarter-mile north of the K-31/K-268 junction. The highway will be closed to all traffic for about three days while the work proceeds, KDOT said. The pedestrian bridge replaces an old railroad bridge over U.S. 75.
