WELLSVILLE — A 78-year-old Wellsville man was taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital Sunday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash on K-68 just east of the Franklin-Miami county line. The Kansas Highway Patrol says Kenneth Butel was going east on K-68 and was slowing down to make a turn onto an access road. Troopers said his truck was rear-ended by a car driven by Janet Drosti, 69, Leoti. She wasn’t injured.
