GARNETT — The Anderson County Republican Central Committee elected has elected new officers. Bill Stahl of rural Colony is the new chairman. He succeeds Anderson County Review publisher Dane Hicks. Stahl is a retired Kansas Department of Transportation worker. Stahl’s daughter Lisa Sherwood is the vice-chairman. Melissa Miller of Welda remains secretary and treasurer.
